Good to know.
Do I need my own server?
No. Daftar-Pro Cloud runs on our servers and you open it in a browser. If you prefer your data in your office, install it on a Windows PC or on a Daftar-Pro OS box instead.
Does it work with my Radius?
Daftar-Pro connects to your Radius server to import subscribers and packages, and renews an account when its payment is recorded.
Can my collectors work from their phones?
Yes. Collectors and technicians use the Android app or any phone browser: collect, print a receipt on a Bluetooth thermal printer and send it on WhatsApp.
Which languages and currencies?
Arabic, English and Turkish, chosen per user. Amounts are in US dollars with Lebanese pounds, Syrian pounds or Turkish lira at the exchange rate you set.
Can I bring my customers from Excel?
Yes. Import your customer list from an Excel file, and export your customers, payments and reports to Excel whenever you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we open a trial for you — in the cloud, or with a trial license for Windows and Daftar-Pro OS.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It is yours. Export it to Excel or take a full backup file at any time.
